Vernon notes

Four days in Vernon with Grandma, GG, Auntie Cathy and Cousin Jordan were not enough, as you can imagine. One story for now; pix coming as soon as I take them off the camera.

Brett and daddy were kicking Brett's Tigger ball around GG's backyard. After a particularly strong and accurate kick, daddy said to Brett, "That was great! Where did you learn to kick like that?"

Brett said, "I don't know, daddy."

"Must be a gift."

Later, they went in to tell Grandma and GG all about it. Daddy said, "You did a great job, Brett. Where did you learn to kick like that?"

Brett said, "It was a present."
