Festive events

Since we've been in Toronto, aunties, uncles and cousins abounded, with grandparents and friends in regular attendance. Uncle Gordon, Auntie Helen and cousins Chana, Leah, Avraham, Nachy and Tzippy; along with Auntie Cindy and Uncle Jan, Auntie Wendy and Tante Anne and the three of us ALL stayed at my parents place (you do the math: I get 14 but it's hard to count people when they all keep moving). Where did Manny and Fred go? Why, a hotel of course!

This week, the festive events came one after the other. Sunday was cousin Matt and Mira's B'nai Mitzvah -- service in the morning, then the party at night, with a visit from the photographer and a mad search through downtown for the right kind of diapers stuck in between.

Monday was the highly anticipated Blue Jays-Red Sox match-up at the Roger's Centre.
